Can you ship my order to a PO Box or Locked Bag address?

SurfStitch ships to PO Boxes with Express or Regular shipping within Australia. SurfStitch can only ship to a Locked Bag address with Australia Post so your order will be shipped on our regular service if you have entered a Locked Bag address for delivery. Note that standard shipping is $7.95 for orders under $75 and express shipping is $9.95 for orders under $75 and $4.95 if it is over that amount.

Has my order been shipped and why is my tracking not working?

Orders placed before 2 pm AEST are shipped that day. You will receive an email to confirm your order has been shipped. Although your order can be ‘shipped’ the online tracking data will not update until later that night when the parcel has actually been collected. Orders can also be ‘shipped’ over the weekend, but these orders will not be collected until the next business day. This means your tracking will not work until the evening of the next business day.
